How are payments collected for telehealth appointments?
Payments are charged to your card on file at the time of your appointment. All clients need a working card on file. Other arrangements, such as Cash App, can also be made. Ask your therapist or our administrator if you need an alternate payment option.
What if I can't make my scheduled appointment?
If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled session, it is considered a late cancellation (or a no-show if you did not cancel) and is billed at the no-show rate of $120. If you cancel outside the 24-hour window, there is no cost to you or your insurance.

No. Couples therapy is not covered by insurance. Couples sessions are $200 for 50–60 minutes.
Who do you work with?
We treat clients from preteens to older adults, including individuals, couples, families and groups.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit is an intake diagnostic assessment lasting about 25–40 minutes. It helps us understand your needs so we can connect you with the right therapist and plan.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth (video) appointments, so you can get support from the comfort of home.
How quickly will you respond to my message?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Messages left after hours are answered within 48 hours or the next business day.
What should I do in an emergency?
ROH is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. You can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Your story isn't over. Let's write the next chapter together.
Mental health challenges are only part of your story, not your whole story. Take the first step today and we will help connect you to the right therapist.
